Hints of New DLC Surface from Developer Activity

A notable clue emerged when a Virtuos employee listed on LinkedIn revealed that they had been working on DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 since April 2025. The description mentioned “new quests involving existing characters,” suggesting that the upcoming content may expand on the game’s universe without introducing entirely new protagonists. Shortly after this leak, the employee removed the post, but the information has already sparked considerable speculation among fans.

Virtuos and Their Role in Supporting Cyberpunk 2077

Virtuos is a Chinese outsourcing studio that previously contributed to the 2.2 update for Cyberpunk 2077 in December 2024. Their involvement indicates a close collaboration with CD Projekt Red, making the potential for new DLC more credible.
