Save 20% on Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks
Version 1.0 has launched!
Speed Freeks has changed for the better, providing a more player-friendly game that is subsequently richer in features, thanks to our new publisher Wired Productions. Here’s a rapid fire list of the biggest changes:
-
Player-hosted games with a Game Browser. You can now create a match yourself at any time either publicly or privately, instead of relying on external servers. Choose the mode, maps and settings you want
-
There’s now a Free Roam mode where you can choose any map and drive around with your friends without any objectives. But if you do want a challenge, the host can place waypoints anywhere in the map for an impromptu race.
-
We’ve moved away from the Free-to-Play model to instead list the game at a low price with a wealth of content, including 150+ items to unlock. Previously, most of the items were behind a paywall, needing to be purchased. This new version of the game better aligns with both our overall design, and our community values. We’re very happy with this change and are excited to put it in players’ hands.
-
No 3rd party account required anymore. Just download the game and play!
If you were with us during early access or just picking up the game now, we thank you for playing!
