Sephiria
“While our previous title Dungreed supported limited 2-player local multiplayer, Sephiria has evolved to introduce 4-player co-op multiplayer for the first time.
Although basic multiplayer features are already implemented, we aim to deliver a more polished official version that incorporates player feedback. Sephiria focuses on replayability, and our team has demonstrated the ability to quickly respond to player feedback (we’ve already implemented 25 patches since June 2024 based on demo version feedback). This is why we’ve decided to release the game in Early Access.”
“We’re targeting approximately one year after the Early Access release, though the official release date may be adjusted based on development direction changes.”
“While the full version may differ significantly, it will essentially maintain the current progression of the Early Access version while expanding the quantity and quality of content that users can experience.
Additionally, multiplayer will be improved for greater stability. We plan to continuously update content during the Early Access period.
Our current goals are as follows. These details may change depending on the development process:
– Addition of items and weapons
– Addition of levels, monsters, bosses, and mini-bosses
– Addition of story progression
– Addition of hard mode elements beyond random events and numerical changes
– Addition of challenges, support for creative workshop (costumes, language, mod compatibility)
– Multiplayer optimization”
“Currently, players can participate in gameplay that loops through four levels featuring four bosses.
The game is not yet complete and has much potential for development. We are receiving user feedback to add more builds, levels, bosses, items, and more.
The current content of the Early Access version of Sephiria includes:
– Approximately 250 items, 3 main weapons, and about 60 weapon trees
– 5 random objects, about 30 types of monsters
– 17 types of costumes, 11 challenges”
“Yes, there is a possibility of a price increase once a certain level of content is added during the Early Access period. Additionally, we plan to adjust the price at the time of full release to reflect the completed content and improved gaming experience.”
“We receive player feedback and bug reports through the Sephiria Discord channels (currently available in Korean, English, and Chinese) and various other channels. While not all suggestions may be feasible to implement, we strive to incorporate player suggestions and ideas as much as possible.”
