WorldBox – God Simulator

What the developers have to say:
“I had the idea for this game since 2011. The first prototype was in Flash and I published it on newgrounds back then in 2012.
It never really let me go, and I received emails occasionally from players still playing the Flash version giving me more ideas, or basically brainstorming.
So finally – 5 years later – I started working on WorldBox again. That was in 2017.
In 2018 I published the first version on Android, where thanks to huge amounts of feedback and support from the community the game continued to grow and to get improved!
Now WorldBox has a team of talented people, and we feel like the game is ready to be published on Steam. But it doesn’t mean that it’s done! There’s still a lot of things to add before it would be complete.”
“There are many ideas that we want to add to the game before coming out from Early Access.
We plan to be in Early Access roughly for 2 years.”
“In short, our goal is to create the ULTIMATE god simulator game where you can actually feel powerful, without the game limiting you with resources and missions.
Before ending Early Access we want to add religion system, more powers, creatures, improvements to civilizations, wars and diplomacy.”
“There are already a lot of features and creatures with the main core of the game mostly being complete and the game is playable already. Everything that you see in description – is already implemented.
And there’s of course also a few bugs. Sometimes they involve bears that kill whole civilizations. It happens.”
“Price may increase slightly when we release.”
“That’s already happening! WorldBox lives from the community!
You can join our active 100 000+ community on and Reddit to propose and discuss ideas. We have many active members there that influenced the game – and it has been already translated into 33 languages as well!
You can also follow our progress on Facebook, Instagram. And Twitter.”
